Eve Louise Tulbert

Director | Design for Learning & Evaluation Research

Eve Tulbert is a researcher and curriculum designer with a background in linguistics, literacy, STE(A)M, and drama for learning. Drawing from multiple learning theories, Eve works in partnership with schools, non-profits and public sector programs to design impact-driven programs and curricula. 

Eve is committed to fostering inclusion and engagement through well-designed learning programs. Through practical training and credentials in mixed-methods program evaluation, Eve aims to support learning organizations to achieve continual improvement and strategic growth. 

Eve’s curriculum design portfolio includes projects supporting dialogue for peace-building, career and technology education for teens, and ecology and climate studies for youth and families. Her research publications include work in child development, participatory research in public health, and justice-centered science education. Eve is completing a PhD in curriculum and instruction / program evaluation from the University of Rochester (2026), and has worked extensively in program implementation and grantsmanship for school and youth programs. She holds an MFA in theatre for youth and community development (University of Texas, Austin), where she launched teacher professional development programs and received a Jacob K. Javits fellowship for theatre arts and playwriting.
